The formats
Three module formats
The duration is the learner's total time: videos, exercises and quizzes. No video is longer than 6 minutes.
| Format | Duration | Structure |
|---|---|---|
| Introductory module | 4 h | 4 sequences of about 1 hour |
| Advanced module | 2 h | 2 sequences of about 1 hour |
| Expert module | 8 h | 1 day, as e-learning, live online or in person |
Every module follows the same outline: Mission, Understand, Do, Correct, Practise, Integration with the GL, Assess. At consultant level, Configure and Test are added, with a mini-case after each configuration step.
Example: General Ledger (GL)
Titles always follow the same rule: the stream, then the module. For example “General Ledger (GL) › Journals: enter, check, post”.
| Level | Module | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Introductory | GL-I1 Journals: enter, check, post“Your journal entries go through first time.” | 4 h |
| Introductory | GL-I2 Month-end close | 4 h |

| Expert | GL-E1 Structure (chart of accounts, ledgers, CVR, calendar) | 8 h |
