Data collected and purposes
Session registration: name, email, phone (optional), country and profile, to manage your registration and send you the join link and a reminder.
Contact request: name, email, phone (optional), country, type of requester and description of your needs, to get back to you with a proposal.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Recipients
Your data is reserved for Uwewer. It is processed by its technical providers: Hostinger (website hosting) and Brevo (email delivery). It is never sold.
Retention period
Three years from our last contact, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing or request its portability by writing to contact@uwewer.com. You may also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and, with your consent, an audience measurement tool, Google Analytics 4 (Google), set to mask part of your IP address. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.
Trainer applications
When you apply on the "Become a trainer" page, we collect your contact details, experience, the modules you master, your teaching languages, your availability and your CV. This information is used solely to review your application as an independent trainer, based on your consent. Only the Uwewer team can access it, and your CV is stored outside public access. It is kept for up to 2 years, then deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete it at any time at contact@uwewer.com.
